Although virtually all clients have an existing website, you do not need one to manage and market your properties using the OwnerPlus system. Your listings will automatically be entered on our www.myBlueChipRentals.com listing website, where prospective vacationers will be searching for properties to rent. Inquiries and reservations can be entered on this website and managed by our system. Just log in to your account via our www.mybluechiprentals.com site, and you're ready to manage all aspects of your vacation rentals online - just without an accompanying website.



OwnerPlus is FREE for 90 days - with No Obligation

Here are the easy steps to get started with OwnerPlus vacation rental services:

• Go to any of our partner websites and list your property to set up your Owner account; we'll confirm by email.


• Now you'll have your own Owner portal and be able to use the system to create and list properties. You will be directed to the Property creation screens to set-up your property.


• Select the Upgrade link on the listing line in your Owner portal, and then follow the prompts to subscribe to OwnerPlus for that listing.


• Towards the end of the free trial period you will receive an email to renew your subscription; you can choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis, or not renew.
  

Note: Once you have subscribed once you can choose to auto-renew in which case you will be notified 2 weeks prior to your subscription being automatically renewed. We partner with Shift4 to manage your credit card information and do not store your credit card information anywhere on our system.
