Payments - you can choose options



You'll get another whole month free if you pay for the year at one time. Your first (billable) month/year starts at the end of your first 90 days (and your credit card will not be charged until the end of the first 3 months). Clients that choose our monthly option will be automatically billed at the beginning of each month. We accept major credit cards or check (for prepaid annual fee, only).
Note: if you're a single property owner or manage only a couple properties, you're probably better off using Owner Plus
